Jessica Nowadly, MSW, LCSW

Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I’m honored you’re taking this step toward finding the right support for you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in women’s mental health. I am trained in trauma and perinatal mental health, with a primary focus on postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. I have a special passion for supporting women navigating birth trauma, NICU experiences, and infertility. I also work with women affected by domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and relational challenges, as well as those seeking support with stress management, life transitions, and general anxiety.

My goal in therapy is to come alongside you wherever you are and walk with you through your healing journey. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and connection. My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique needs. Together, we work toward increased self-awareness, emotional regulation, and empowerment so you can experience greater freedom and reach your full potential.

For clients who desire it, I integrate a faith-based approach informed by Christian beliefs and a biblical worldview.

Healing can be complex and often takes us to unexpected places—but you do not have to walk this journey alone. I would be honored to meet you and support you along the way.
