I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and utilize this method in addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and Brainspotting to help heal from past trauma. I also incorporate a number of therapy techniques tailored to who you and what works best for you to instill hope, teach valuable skills, and identify what is no longer working in your life. I offer a warm and and open environment for you to explore the hurts, hang ups, and habits that you know you can no longer carry.

I am passionate about empowering those struggling with family dynamics, trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD and life changes. I especially enjoy working with women in transition and adults.
