Life is challenging and when you feel as though the weight of it is too heavy to bear, it can be difficult to take that step and reach out to combat the difficult feelings. I want to assist you in this journey to take control of your life. Whether you are dealing with addiction, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, a personality disorder, or anything that is keeping you from living your best life, I can help you reach your goals.

My trauma focused therapeutic approach is drawn from various evidenced based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness techniques to be able to get you where you want to be. It is time to be kind to yourself and let me help you toward a path of learning to love who you are. We can create a plan to get you on a track of the life that you want to live.

I am passionate about working with clients who are dealing with past trauma, family dynamics, life transitions, substance abuse, anger, depression, anxiety, and are willing to work on themselves to make changes and heal.
