Liza Christiansen, MA, LCMHCA
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) with a master’s degree from East Carolina University. I work with adults ages 18 and older, supporting clients through a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, perfectionism, trauma, and grief.
My approach to therapy integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all through a trauma-informed lens. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, helping you build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring whatever challenges you may be facing. My goal is to support you in feeling heard, understood, and empowered throughout your healing process.
