Taylor Paputseanos, M.A., LMFTA

Life’s challenges can leave you feeling anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed—stuck in patterns that are hard to break and unsure how to move forward. You might be navigating relationship conflict, carrying old emotional wounds, or struggling to set boundaries that protect your peace. Therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and begin to feel more like yourself again.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, I specialize in working with couples seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. I also work with individuals (8+), families, and adolescents navigating anxiety, relational stress, boundaries, self-esteem and family dynamics. My clinical training included particular experience supporting children and teens, which informs the sensitivity and systems awareness I bring to all my work.

My approach is grounded in attachment theory and experiential practices that prioritize emotional depth, authenticity, and connection. I draw from evidence-based modalities including the Gottman Method (Level 1 trained), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic tools, and mindfulness.

You are the expert on your life, and my role is to support and guide you with curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. Whether you’re navigating conflict, seeking healing, or simply hoping to feel more grounded, I’ll be with you every step of the way. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
